Sheri really outdid herself fixing corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and rutabagas for today's St. Pat's meal.

Talk about full. I think I may bust. We arrived home a short time ago from one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Sheri performed the very best of kitchen magic preparing tonight's meal. It was so good that I wished I wasn't so full so I could eat more.

Thanks Mark and Sheri for a great evening. What fun!

I spent Sunday morning in the shop finishing the name and cutting out the intarsia bobkitty.

All the pieces of the bobcat were sawed. Next will come sanding and shaping each piece.

Like the bulldog, there are approximately seventy separate pieces.

I was outside chipping away at the ice on the drive when the handle of the chisel cracked and began to fall apart. Hopefully, the clamp job along with strong epoxy will fix it.

Sargie opens in the morning. I'll be filling in for the elementary PE teacher in the afternoon. I plan to walk my usual four miles first thing then work in the shop until it's time to clean up and head to Florence.

I'd write more, but it's getting late and time to climb those steep, long, stairs, and go to bed.

After all, a man's work is never done.

So are the tales from Pentoga Road...

There's always a big hug for the cook!
