Pentoga Road
I'm running late this morning, so the pictures will have to suffice to tell yesterday's story of Pentoga Road.
There's something about water and boys, big and little... |
With the light pole needing a fresh coat of paint, Hambone was quick to volunteer to spray it clean of dirt.
We transplanted flowers, worked in and around the pond, painted, sprayed, and did heavy road contruction in the bare places in the garden. It was a busy day.
There'll be no new entry on Monday as I'm running a day late and a dollar short. The barn needs cleaning (an overflow contingency place should it rain on Saturday) and the grass needs mowing... again. With rain forecast to fall almost every day right up to Mom's party, it'll grow faster than ever.
After all, a man's work is never done.
So are the tales from Pentoga Road...
