34 degrees/snow
Pentoga Road
The camera was filling with pictures, so I thought I might as well put them on the page.

Monday morning... snow! |
The last of the grades have been entered and I'm enjoying the time between semesters. Summer session begins in two weeks.
The days, for the most part, continue to warm a bit, although we awakened this morning to snow. And to think, I raked the back yard yesterday.
I cleaned the inside of Brutus's house and left it open all day while I raked the yard. |
The big news of this past weekend was the baby shower for Mel and Macrea.
Sargie fixing a cheese and sausage platter. I popped a mega load of popcorn to contribute. |
Not allowed around the food, Brutus had to watch from afar. |
Sargie's youngest son, Macrea, and Mel. |
The Milligan Girls at the shower |
I've been making tomato cages. Here's my homemade welding table... a piece of plywood covered with flattened flue pipe. |
The first prototype in the ground. All that needs to be added is a tomato plant. |
Bedding plants in the greenhouse waiting for the weather |
Fixing the winter damage on the deer fence around the garden |
Already next winter's supply of wood is being prepared |
Yooper Brother Mark pulled the Man Truck from a mud hole earlier this week. It wasn't pretty. |
The local lake is about ready to let go of its ice.
It's been a busy past few days and it appears with the weather improving, there'll be more and more activity on Pentoga Road as the days go along.
After all, a man's work is never done.
So are the tales... or pictures... from Pentoga Road...
