December 21, 2013 – Saturday evening
17 degrees/cloudy/calm
Pentoga Road
I missed writing this morning and I know since Yooper Mark,
Andy, and I, will be leaving Sunday morning for Green Bay, there won’t be a
chance to publish one tomorrow.
Andy arrived as scheduled on Friday afternoon. Since then,
it’s been a nonstop flurry of talking, laughing, eating, and playing outside. I think I’ll
simply let the pictures do the talking.
Andy at the top of the steps. He said it was warm in Houston so he packed his winter coat away. |
We stopped by the Vision Center so Sargie could see Andy. |
Grandma and Andy |
As mentioned above, we’ll be among the thousands at Lambeau
Field Sunday afternoon to cheer the Packers onto victory over the Pittsburg
Steelers. The temperature is to be low with the promise of several inches of
snow. Oh yeah, bring ‘er on!
Friday night's deep dish pizza |
Time to put the dumplings in the beef stew. A man’s work is
never done.
Fishing on Saturday afternoon. Good thing we're having beef stew for supper. |
So are the tales from Pentoga Road…
Andy and his BFF, Gloria, the owner of Lucky's Bait Shop |
